Biography
Professor Fidel Toldrá is the author of 11 patents and has directed 21 Doctoral Theses. He is currently directing 3 other Doctoral Theses. He has published more than 250 research papers in international scientific journals (with SCI), more than 115 book chapters, 55 articles of dissemination and presented more than 110 papers and communications to Congress. His works are very quoted, with a h index of 43. He has been an editor or associate editor of more than 30 books published by CRC Press, Wiley, Springer and Elsevier. He is one of the 3 Editors-Head of the Encyclopedia of Food and Health (2015, Elsevier).
