Research Interest
IATA microscopy service since January 2014: Instruction, handling and advice on the use of the IATA fluorescence microscope (Nikon E90) with motorized plate. Analysis and processing of scientific images using Fiji and Nis-E for counting and obtaining morphological parameters. Design of protocols. Management of the microscopy service. Experience in observation, acquisition, processing and analysis of microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts, fungi), eukaryotic cell cultures, histological sections of plants or animals, food emulsions, food matrices, nematodes (C.elegans), materials, fluorescent microspheres.
