Biography
María Jesús Rodrigo is a Research Scientist at the CSIC and is currently part of the Post-Harvest Physiology, Pathology and Biotechnology group. His current line of research is centered on the characterization of metabolic pathways of important components in the organoleptic and nutritional quality of the fruits. To develop this line of work uses different types of methodologies and strategies ranging from physiological and biochemical studies to biotechnological approaches and functional genomics.
