Biography
Teresa Fernández-Espinar graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Navarra in 1987 and completed a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 1989. She then obtained a Research Staff Training from the Ministry (IATA, CSIC) (1990-1993) in the framework of several projects on fungal enzymes with agro-alimentary application under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science for the PhD thesis in the Department of Biotechnology of the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology of Valencia address of Dr. S. Vallés and Dr. D. Ramón (currently in the biotechnology company Biopolis SL). Obtained his doctorate in Biological Sciences by the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 1994.
