Biography
His current position is full-time tenured lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and deputy director of INGENIO. He has got the Ph.D. degree on Innovation Projects from Polytechnic University of Valencia. His research interests are related to Innovation Systems, with respect to the role of the agents involved in innovation processes and the relationships among those agents; R&D Public Policy Evaluation, including the design of evaluation tools and methods, their application on several National and Regional Programmes supporting R&D activities; Research in efficiency and productivity analysis and techniques using Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist indices. He has participated in several EU, national and regional R&D projects and has published in different international peer reviewed journals in the field of Economics of Technical Change.
