Biography
Position: Research Assistant at INGENIO (CSIC – UPV). Lecturer at the Deparment of Projects Management (UPV). Training: PhD in Local Development and Internatioanl Cooperation; MSc in Policies and Process of Development (2010) and MSc in Development Aid (2013); Degree in Architectura (2008) and Civil Engineering (2006). Research and teaching experience: Collaboration in several research projects on participation, development and international cooperation, financed by the Spanish Aid Agency and by the European Commission. Visiting fellow at the Institute of Development Studies (University of Sussex) and the el Center for International Climate and Environmental Research (Universidad de Oslo). Teaching experience in post-graduate courses at Universitat Politècnica deValència and University College London. Non-academic experience: Work or collaboration in the field of international agencies (UN-Habitat/ROLAC, Rio de Janeiro), public administration (Servicio Público de la Vivienda, Municipality of Rosario), and development NGOs.
Research Interest
critical approaches to development management and international cooperation; rights-based approaches and emerging rights; informal learning, innovation and knowledge production in social organizations.
