Biography
David Arce is a Senior Computer Engineer with specialization in Industrial Computer and Graphics since 2008. He has worked in the Visionarium-3D Virtual Reality Environment and in Supporting Multimedia Integration Support in University Applications, both in the Information Systems and Communications Area, for 2 years. He is a member of the Grid and Computing Research Group of High Performance since 2008, being the analyst and developer of the project "Development of an Application for the Design and Simulation of Products and Food Processes based on the SAFES Methodology (Systematic Approach to Food Engineering Systems) ". He has participated as a speaker at the FoodInnova 2010 conference: International Conference on Food Innovation.
