Biography
Pablo Arranz holds a degree in Chemistry from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2010 and a degree in Food Science and Technology from the same university in 2013, with a Master's Degree in Agricultural Chemistry and New Foods (2014). Between the years 2011 and 2012 he worked in the quality department of multinational companies such as Sodexo and Coca-Cola. In 2013, he began his research career in the PibulsongkramRajabhatUniversity (Thailand) in the field of carbohydrates, work from which two international publications were derived. In May 2015 he joined the group of Production and Characterization of New Foods as a predoctoral researcher in the Bioactive Lipids department with an FPI contract from the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
