Biography
She is a founding partner of the IMO and lecturer in the Anterior Segment and Cornea and Refractive Surgery Master’s Degrees of the IMO and the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her main interest is complex cataract surgery associated with vitreoretinal pathology, cataracts in diabetic and vitrectomised patients. She was an ophthalmologist collaborator at the Retina Vitreous Center of Barcelona, led by Dr. Borja Corcostegui (1988-1995), and Head of the Vitreoretinal Surgical Unit at the Sardà Farriol Foundation of Barcelona, also collaborating as a surgeon (1991-1997)
