Biography
Dr. Francisco Javier Sainz Gonzalo received his Bachelor´s degree in Chemistry at the University of La Rioja in 2001. He obtained his Master´s degree in Analytical Chemistry at the same University in 2004. Subsequently, he received his PhD degree in Chemistry (Cum Laude) at the University of Granada in 2012. His research tasks were focused on optical chemical sensors and analytical nanotechnology. He is author of several articles in international scientific journals and communications in national and international conferences. He has taken part in several national research projects and collaborates as referee in some international scientific journals. He has a strong background in the most used instrumental techniques in Analytical Chemistry such as spectrophotometry, luminescence, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, etc. Additionally, he has a wide knowledge in Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems for companies and laboratories.
