Polina Ioffe

Biography

 in the position of operations specialist, Polina is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities for the Janssen Human Microbiology Institute (JHMI), including the management of strategic projects and the direction of detailed execution of processes related to communications, affiliates, supply, finance and contracting. Polina joined JHMI from Baxalta, a biopharmaceutical company from Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she supported the Global Leader in Hematology in various complex research and development initiatives and projects, including organizational direction and redesign following the recent separation of Baxalta and Baxter . Prior to Baxalta, Polina worked on Novartis vaccines, where she and the global human resources leader conducted change management and resistance training workshops following an acquisition by GSK, and also participated in various operations lines of operations. GSK / Novartis human resources. Previously, he spent more than five years working as an investor relations manager in the financial and energy sectors.  Polina holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Journalism (BS) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
