Biography
andrine. I’ve been with Dow for over 15 years, with most of my roles and responsibilities within production. I started in R&D, developing polyethylene foams – from small scale batches to large-scale production – and from the start, I really enjoyed the production aspect of my work. In 2011, I joined Dow Coating Materials as Operations Leader at the Rheinmuenster site in Germany – which eventually led to my current role since November 2014 as Production Leader at the Lauterbourg Plant in France for Dow Plastics Additives (DPA). In the production world, you can see the daily results of your work – and that’s what I like the most. It’s rewarding to see the direct effect of the team’s efforts – and to be able to go home each day with quantifiable evidence that we are producing high-quality products for our customers – in a safe way.
