Biography
Rick Tolin is corporate senior vice president and president of Lubrizol Advanced Materials. Mr. Tolin joined the company in 1993 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and international business management within Lubrizol’s coatings and personal care businesses. In 2011, he was named vice president and general manager of the personal and home care division of Lubrizol Advanced Materials. He was appointed to his current position in 2016. Prior to joining Lubrizol Mr. Tolin worked at specialty chemical firms RITA Corporation and Carroll Scientific in technical, sales and business management roles. Mr. Tolin attended St. Joseph’s College and the University of Notre Dame where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and in Mathematics.
