Biography
Suzanne F. Day is corporate senior vice president, and chief legal and ethics officer for The Lubrizol Corporation. She joined Lubrizol in 1998 to handle litigation throughout the corporation, eventually heading the litigation and disputes practice section of Lubrizol's legal division. Ms. Day became vice president and general counsel in January 2011 and chief ethics officer in September 2011. Prior to joining Lubrizol, she was an associate at the Cleveland law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. Ms. Day has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Texas. She serves as secretary for the board of trustees of Western Reserve Academy, an independent boarding and day high school located in Hudson, Ohio.
