Biography
Mona Elisabeth Elster has been employed with Lundbeck since 1994. She works in Discovery Chemistry & DMPK and was appointed Senior Lab Technician in 2009. Mona Elisabeth Elster finished her Lab Technician education in 1984 and received a Marketing Diploma in 1989. She has previously worked with the Carlsberg Research Center, the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University in Denmark, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences under the University of Copenhagen, and Danisco. Since 1995, Mona Elisabeth Elster has been a member of the board of Lundbeck's salaried employees' association, where she was appointed chairman in 2002.

Her area of research interest includes: Drug Discovery, Chemistry, Business Management in pharmaceutical technologies, biotech and pharmaceutical sciences.
