Graduated in Physics at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Spain) in June 1986. Doctor in Physics at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid in September 1990. Thesis advisor: Prof. Dr. Rodolfo Miranda, Title “The alkali-oxide/semiconductor interface: band bending and enhanced oxidation” .
