Biography

I began my training in the world of simulation in the participation in courses at the training center in critical situations in 2004, participating as a nurse during the simulations in medical courses conducted in our center in Spain. In 2005 we began conducting clinical simulation courses for nurses in anesthesia and it was really when I started my training as an instructor at the time to develop simulated scenarios and to perform the debriefing after the same turn in these courses was necessary to delivery of lectures and workshops to supplement the training of nurses. Actually I,m the coordinator of nursing in our simulation center, Hospital virtual Valdecilla in Santander Spain where we are working around 30 instructor in simulation and we conducted about 120 training activities involving more than 1400 students in 2011. I,m developing multidisciplinary training through simulation in areas like a hospitalization, operating room, pediatrics, radiology etc.
