Biography
Sergio Oslé is a Partner in McKinsey’s Madrid office. He co-leads our telecom and media work in Iberia, and also plays a core role in our healthcare work. Sergio works with leading private and public sector institutions across all major regions, particularly in Europe and Asia. In telecom and media, Sergio has advised major fixed, wireless and television operators across several markets, helping them achieve commercial excellence and significantly improve their performance. Among recent projects, he helped a leading Asian company launch a transformative multiyear improvement program across all units of its organization, and he supported a European integrated operator in defining its next-generation technology architecture. In healthcare, Sergio has supported leading institutions on a broad range of topics. Recent projects include defining the strategic plan for a large public healthcare organization, identifying growth initiatives for a private insurer, and leading the financial evaluation of a public-private partnership to develop a new hospital. Sergio is also passionate about education and is a part-time teacher of the MBA program in the University of Deusto.
