 Degree in medicine by the University of Alicante with excellent. -Doctor Cum Laude in medicine and surgery by the University of Valencia and 2nd National Award “Chibret”of 1992 dissertation. -Ophthalmology specialist via MIR in Hospital Universitario la Fe de Valencia. -Specialist in Pediatric Ophthalmology and strabismus. -Specialized training at Great Ormond Hospital for Children (London) and Walton Hospital (Liverpool). -Associate Professor of the University of Alicante. 29 publications in international journals and 48 in national magazines. Partner in national and international books. Speaker at numerous national and international conferences. Author of several books. Among them, “Eye Handbook for parents and educators”. Director of annual refresher courses of Ophthalmology for pediatricians. Director of annual refresher courses for Optometrists in collaboration with the University of Alicante. Treasurer of the Spanish society of Estrabology. Member of the American Society of Pediatric Ophthalmology and strabismus. Member of the European society of Estrabology. Member of the Spanish society of Ophthalmology. First Vocal of the Board Directors of the society eye of Valencia.
