My name is Elina. In August 2011, a lot of things came together in my life; I graduated from University, organized my wedding, adopted my daughter and started at Dow. This was a very intense time, but with the support and care from my Dow colleagues and the backing from leadership, all of my overlapping challenges became a full success. Dow is like a family; where different generations, different departments and cultures come together to provide solutions and it is huge fun when that happens.
