My name is Stefano. I graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in Chemical Engineering, with the clear objective to use my university degree to also have fun! I’ve been with Dow for over 13 years, holding many roles and responsibilities within production, and serving different businesses. I started as an improvement engineer at Dow Agrosciences, running improvements and optimization projects, implementing the Dow process and Environment, Health & Safety standards. Later on I joined the Dow Formulated System
