Biography

Christopher Bath is the Chief Financial Officer at Norgine. Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He joined the Rothschild Healthcare Investment Banking team in 2000, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, and over the next 10 years worked on over 30 completed deals. He left Rothschild to join a start-up specialist diagnostic imaging company, Nuada Medical, as CFO before joining Shire plc in 2012 as Head of M&A. While at Shire, Chris worked on a number of transactions, including the $4.2 billion acquisition of Viropharma Inc.
