Angela joined Novotech in November 2015 and is responsible for Novotech's Human Resources operations including strategy, organisational development, remuneration & reward and workplace health and safety. Prior to joining Novotech, Angela’s HR experience spans more than 20 years predominately in the life science industry and also more recently with a high growth on-line education business. Angela is passionate about delivering Novotech's vision of being the leading CRO in the Asia Pacific region, for both clients and employees
