Stephen Andre

Biography

Stephen Andre has served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources since January 2016. Prior to joining TESARO, Mr. Andre served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Synageva, where he was responsible for the global human resources strategy as the company grew and expanded its infrastructure throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. Prior to Synageva, Mr. Andre was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at AMAG Pharmaceuticals and was responsible for the overall strategy and direction of human resources, IT and facilities. Previously, Mr. Andre served as Vice President of Human Resources at Panacos Pharmaceuticals and before that held a number of human resources and operating roles at several biomedical companies and HR consulting firms. He has extensive experience in all aspects of global human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits and leadership development.
