Biography
Mrs Pampiglione has more than 25 years experience in human resource management having worked for a range of organisations including the National Health Service, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, the University of Reading and Oxford Glycosciences. Most recently, she worked for the Fertility Partnership, the UK's leading provider of IVF and fertility treatment. Mrs Pampiglione is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a Masters degree in HR strategy.
