Biography
Àngela Arenas is the Associate Professor of Algebra of the Department of Algebra and Geometry of the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Barcelona, ​​specialist in Number Theory and more specifically in the topics related to the theta series associated with quadratic forms, the automorphic functions and the formula of the traces of the operators of Hecke. She has published important publications in specialized mathematical magazines worldwide and has participated in congresses of international prestige. At the moment, his interests in research are directed towards the arithmetic study of the modular forms of Hilbert.
