Biography
Antonio José Medina Cruz has doctorate in Demography for the UAB (2015) and Graduate in Geography for the UB.From his doctoral report, in 2007, The daily mobility in Spain from the 2001 census. A geographic and sociodemographic approach to, his research career has been closely linked to the study of residential and everyday mobility. He was part of the mobility team of the Institute of Regional and Metropolitan Studies of Barcelona and since 2011 he is part of the team of the Center for Demographic Studies. Doctorate in 2015 through the presentation of the Doctoral Thesis Residential mobility in the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona: demarcation and analysis of migratory spaces co-directed by doctors Juan Antonio Módenes and Marc AjenjoHe has been part of the Historical Demography team of the Center for Demographic Studies, led by Dr. Anna Cabré and Joana Maria Pujades, and is currently part of the marriage team, families and homes of the same center led by the doctor Albert Esteve.
