Biography
Computer Science Engineer by the National Technological University of Santa Fe - Argentina, accredited to Computer Science Engineer In Spain. Advanced Studies Diploma by the Technical University of Catalonia. Nowadays, he is finishing his Ph.D. at the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE) in the Technical University of Catalonia. He has an ample experience in the integration of decision support systems (DSS) and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technology, which has allowed him to participate as much in diverse courses to university level as of different programs from postgraduates related to the GIS. Since 2002, technical manager of the R&D department in GIS the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE) and one of the technical people in charge group of Technology of the Information and communication of CIMNE. Their main tasks are the investigation and development of each one of the lines associated to the GIS, the DSS to intelligent interfaces within CIMNE.
