Biography
"Graduate in history (2012) by the University of León, Master Classics and Ancient Civilizations: Egyptology (2014) by Leiden University (Netherlands) and Master's Degree in Classical Archeology (2015) by the UAV, the URV and the ICAC. He completed the first master's final work on the Egyptian funeral masks of the Greco-Roman period, where he worked mainly on social and identity issues. This interest in the social and economic phenomena produced during times of political and cultural change made him decide to specialize in more diachronic historical study techniques, such as Landscape Archeology. This resulted in a second final master's degree course, ""From tardorromanidad a la Alta Edad Media en los leoneses árabes. Analysis of the changes in the patterns of rural settlement from the Archeology of the Landscape "". This work will be the germ of his doctoral thesis, seeking to deepen into the knowledge of Late Antiquity through the study of the ancient landscape and territorial analysis in a broad chronological framework between classical and medieval occupation models. This thesis, entitled ""Dynamics of rural settlement and territory in areas northwest of the Duero basin between Roman times and High Middle Ages through landscape archeology,"" is directed by Dr. Josep Maria Palet Martínez. The research is carried out thanks to a FI-DGR 2016 scholarship awarded by the Agency for Management of University and Research Grants of the Generalitat de Catalunya."
