Marc busquets casals

Biography

"Marc Busquets is a MSc in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC-BarcelonaTech), specialized in transportation engineering and urban planning. He joined CENIT in 2017 and is working as a researcher in Transport economics, collaborating in different projects about this area. Previously, he worked as an internship researcher in UPC-Abertis Chair writing his master’s thesis. The project consists in a cost-benefit analysis using a flexible term mechanism and different toll prices criteria applied to some highways in Catalonia. In addition, he worked as a strategy and operations consultant in Deloitte, at the public sector industry. He has experience in project management offices in transport engineering and economy fields, benchmark analysis, market studies and strategic proposals for the Public Administration."
