Biography
Degree in History of Art (2005) and in History (2006) by the University of Lleida, where he carried out the academically supervised work "Iberian defensive architecture in the north of the Ebro". He conducted specialization courses in archeology, laboratory work and field work with the University of Córdoba (2002-2003), the Università degli Studi in Cagliari (2004-2005) and the Second University of Naples (2008), and He enjoyed a fellowship with Dr. Josep Guitart at the ICAC (2007), within the project "Archeology of the Roman city of Iesso (Guissona, La Segarra)". Degree in the Master's Degree in Classical Archeology (2008) of the Rovira i Virgili University (URV), the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and the Catalan Institute of Classical Archeology (ICAC) which ended with the completion of the research work "Water collection and evacuation systems during protohistory in the Catalan West Plain", led by Dr. Carme Belarte. He was an IF predoctoral researcher from the Generalitat de Catalunya (2009-2011) at the ICAC. In 2011 he was awarded a BE mobility grant from the Generalitat de Catalunya to do a doctoral stay at the Lattes Archeological Center of Documentation (Montpellier), where he carried out, under the direction of Jean-Luc Fiches, the project "The protohistoric water structures of southern Gaul". Doctorate in Archeology (2013) at the URV, with the thesis "Water and Protohistory from the Ebro to the Hérault. Supply and evacuation systems (11th-2nd centuries BC) ", directed by Dr. Carme Belarte Franco (ICREA-ICAC). He has co-directed different archaeological works carried out in the Ebro Valley, within the research line «Archeology of the Protohistory of the Western Mediterranean» of the ICAC and the University of Barcelona, ​​and has published different articles on the management of the Water in the Iberian world. He is currently Research Associate at the ICAC.
