Biography
Doctor in Demography, graduated in Sociology and Master's Degree in Territorial and Population Studies from the UAB; and Master's Degree in Demography for the European Doctoral School of Demography. From 2009 to 2013 he was a predoctoral fellow of the University Teacher Training Program (FPU) at the Department of Geography of the UAB and held stays at the National Institute of Demographic Studies in Paris (France) and the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock (Germany). He has published several articles as a result of the research work of his doctoral thesis "Health, spaces and ways of life in old age", directed by Dr. Anna Cabré and Dr. Antonio D. Camera. His line of research focuses mainly on the study of the mature and large population from various dimensions, including work, health, family, coexistence and residential forms.
