Biography
Mr. Carlos Solchaga Catalán serves as the Managing Partner of Solchaga Recio & Asociados. Mr. Solchaga Catalán served as Economic Studies Manager at Banco de Vizcaya from 1976 to 1979. He served as a Minister for Trade of the Basque General Council of Spain from 1979 to 1980. He served as a Member of the Spanish Parliament from 1980 to 1994 where he served as Chairman of Socialist Parliamentary Group from 1993 to 1994. He served Minister for Industry and Energy, Spain .
