Biography
Mr. Cuenca holds an undergraduate degree in Law and Business Legal Counseling from ICADE. He is currently General Counsel and Secretary of Pharma Mar, a position he also held at Zeltia since 2003. A year later he was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of Zeltia, Pharma Mar, and other companies from the Pharma Mar group, including Xylazel and Sylentis. Mr. Cuenca has been a member of the Board of Spanish Issuers since its foundation, and professor of the Chair of Capital Markets Law from San Pablo CEU University. Between 2009 and 2014, he taught Civil Law for the Advanced Course in Airport and Aeronautical Business Management of San Pablo CEU University. He is a member of the panel of experts on the financial market established by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission in 2006.
