Biography
BS in Agronomic Engineering and European PhD in Biological Sciences. With more than 10 years’ experience in R&D and project and IP application, Mertxe has taken part in over 20 national and European research projects, and has collaborated with a wide variety of companies, institutions and researchers. Her work has been published in leading international peer-reviewed journals. At PlantResponse™, she coordinates the applicability of new projects in the company and leads the intellectual property management of our products. Mertxe, a village girl at heart, loves country life, ethnobotany, genealogy and local history.
