Biography
Ag Executive with 34 years of extensive market analysis, M&A, and Strategic Leadership experience in the Agricultural sector. Rad has held various management positions with United Agri Products, Crop Production Services, FMC, Pinnacle Ag and most recently with Irrigation Technology Company HydroBio as their Vice President of Business Development. While at HydroBio Rad was instrumental in developing, “Go to Market Strategies”, that eventually helped lead to the purchase of the company by Bayer/Monsanto’s Climate Corporation in May 2017. Rad is a 1983 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Agricultural Economics. At PlantResponse™, Rad is responsible for the commercial strategy and leads the company global development.
