Biography
Qualifications Qualifications PhD. Digital Communications (2000-2003) MEng. Information Engineering (Distinction) (1997-1999) BEng. (Hons) Communication Engineering (First Class Hons.) (1996-1999) Background I completed all my higher education degrees at the University of Plymouth (1996-2003). I was funded by the Overseas Research Students award from the committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals of the Universities of the United Kingdom, and a scholarship from the Dean of Technology for my PhD until I was appointed as a permanent member of staff in 2001. Prior to that I (almost) completed my undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Ahmadu Bello University (Nigeria {West Africa}, 1991-1996). Before all that (19xx - 1991) I studied at home on my own for the GCE London Ordinary (1990) and Advanced (1991) level examinations.
