Rafael López-Diéguez, BL, MBA Founder Managing Partner, Grupo RLD Independent board member, Pangaea Oncology  Mr. Rafael López-Diéguez is Founder Managing Partner at RLD, an M&A and boutique law firm. With more than 25 years of experience in highly complex national and international transactions, as well as in business, strategic and financial consultancy, Mr. López-Diéguez is an expert in commercial law and specializes in corporate and consultancy for corporate issues and M&A. He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU of Madrid, an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid and of the Diplomacy Academy, as well as Member and Secretary of the Board of Directors of a number of companies.
