Biography
Joana Capote Soares has over eleven years of experience in environmental due diligence (EDD) auditing (compliance and liability assessments) and technical and regulatory assistance. She has managed and participated in environmental audits (Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA), compliance, corporate and due diligence audits), global environmental management, corporate sustainability strategies, energy reduction targets, energy awareness schemes and development of energy online tools and reward schemes for clients in Spain, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Bulgaria and Portugal. She has worked with prominent Spanish and international real estate companies. Joana holds an MSc in Architecture and Sustainability from the School of Architecture of Barcelona, Spain and a BSc in Environmental Engineering Sciences and Technology from the New University of Lisbon, Portugal.
