Biography
Professor of the Department of People Management and Organization Marc holds a PhD in Business Administration from Universitat Ramon Llull, a Bachelor of Business Administration from IQS (Universitat Ramon Llull), a Diploma in People and Team Management from ESADE Business School and a Diploma in Organizational Development from Columbia University. Currently, Dr. Correa teaches teaches in the MBA program, Executive Masters, and several programs from Executive Education. Marc has designed, taught and worked with companies such as CaixaBank, Procter & Gamble, Vodafone, ING or Gas Natural Fenosa among others. Before joining ESADE, he was a post-doctoral researcher and visiting professor at the University of San Francisco. He was the CEO of Smart Planet, a broadcasting company chaired by the former Minister of the Spanish government, Eduard Punset. Senior consultant in OD & HR for consulting firms. He is the author of several cases, book chapters and articles published in scientific journals.
