Biography
Venezuelan Andrea Dopico flew north to study pastry at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver. After working with elBulli alum, Carlos Garcia, Dopico moved to Barcelona to lead the pastry program at Michelin-starred Moments at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel mixing his international experience with the flavors of his Latin roots.
