Biography

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. I received the "Rodriguez Abaytua" Degree Award from the Royal National Academy of Medicine for the best academic record. She has been linked to the Psychiatric Service of the Ramon y Cajal Hospital since her formation as a MIR until now, where she is a psychiatrist and has been in charge of the Psychiatric Day Hospital since 1999. She has collaborated with the Department of Medical Specialties of the University of Alcala in teaching and research since 1993, and since 2008 is Associate Professor of the University. In the area of ​​research, its activity has been directed especially to the Trasto os of Impulse Control and in particular to the search for neurobiological markers of vulnerability, with special interest in molecular genetics research. He has also collaborated in several clinical and therapeutic studies related to Anxiety, Depression and First Psychotic Episodes.
