Biography

Physician Specialist in Psychiatry. Master in Integrative Psychotherapy from the University of Alcalá de Henares. In 2008 she completed her training in Psychiatry at the Department of Neuropharmacology, Department of Psychological Medicine, Institute of Psychiatry, London. From 2008 until early 2011 he has been working as a psychiatrist in the Psychosis National Service (Royal Bethlem Hospital) and the Croydon Assertive Outreach Team, both units of the South London and Mausdley Mental Health Trust. Since February 2011 she has been working as a psychiatrist responsible for the Partial Psychiatric Hospitalization Unit (Acute Day Psychiatric Hospital) of the University Hospital Marques de Valdecilla. His current professional activities include the coordination of the Intervention Program on Serious Alcohol Dependence Syndrome in patients with severe organic disease and the Continuing Education Program in Psychotherapy. Since 2008, he has been working in the field of research, working for the period 2008-2009 as Research Associate (in the Department of Psychiatry of the Institute of Psychiatry in London and in the Research Unit in Psychiatry of Cantabria (UIPC), collaborating since then with the Program of First Episodes of Psychosis (PAFIP) of the Hospital Universitario Marqués de Valdecilla.
