Biography
Graduate and PhD in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cantabria. Doctoral thesis entitled "Studies of First Episodes of Schizophrenia: Follow-up Study at 6 Years". She develops her professional work as a researcher in the Unit of Investigation of Psychiatry of Cantabria (UIPC) since 1992. Superior Diploma in Methodology for Clinical Research (this diploma corresponds to the offer of own titles of the Autonomous University of Madrid, homologated and recognized by the Carlos III Health Institute which accredits the basic training required by the Health Research Fund for the members of the Research Units of the Health Institutions).
Research Interest
His research activity focuses on the field of disability and development of related instruments, as well as studies of first episodes of psychosis and follow-up studies in schizophrenia.
