Laboratory Technician in the Department of Neurochemistry / Neuropharmacology. Experience in: - Histology Techniques (Cuts of cerebral structures in cryostat and vibratomo, and histological stains). - Examination of sections by optical microscopy. - Techniques of microdialisis (construction of probes and supervision of microdialysis experiments). - Management of experimental animals (administration of drugs, management of colony breeding of transgenic mice KO5HT 1A and KO5HT 2A, care and maintenance of rats and mice in the lab room). - Orders and organization of the laboratory. -Preparation of drugs and reagents. - Insitu Hybridization with 33P and Autoradiographies with 3H - Genotyping Techniques.
