Biography
Dr. Frank Luo joined the SCVMC Nephrology faculty in 2010. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Witwatersrand, Faculty of Health Sciences in Johannesburg, South Africa. He graduated as Chief Resident in 2006 after completing his residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Luo completed his Nephrology Fellowship at Stanford University in 2008 and later completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Nephrology at Stanford as well in 2009 before joining the attending faculty staff at SCVMC in 2010.
