Biography
Dr. Bogatch completed his medical degree and orthopaedic residency training at Tulane in New Orleans. He went on to specialize and completed a fellowship in arthroscopy and sports medicine with the Sports Orthopaedic And Rehabilitation (S.O.A.R), San Francisco with Michael Dillingham, MD. While there, he served as an assistant physician to the world champion SF Giants baseball team. He participated as a physician caring for the athletes at Santa Clara University and University of San Francisco. Dr. Bogatch specializes in the treatment of joint pathology, using minimally invasive methods and arthroscopy, if possible. Among his clinical interests are ligamentous knee injuries and shoulder disorders including rotator cuff tears. He is fluent in English and speaks proficient Spanish. Dr. Bogatch holds an appointment with Stanford orthopaedic department as a Clinical Assistant Professor and is currently board eligible.
