Cara Bailey

Biography

In her role as senior vice president for continuous performance improvement, Cara Bailey works with people across the organization to identify and implement ways for providing better care and service to our patients and families. As part of the executive team, she works to create an environment that supports people and engages them in finding the best ideas for improvement and innovation. Bailey has worked in healthcare her entire career. Growing up with several nurses in her family, she was always drawn to healthcare but knew direct patient care wasn’t her calling. Instead, she was drawn to the ways people work together in organizations and how they derive meaning from their work.
