Mattias Norrman, Chief Operations Officer Mattias Norrman joined Tillotts in late 2008 and set up the affiliate business in a number of European countries, a continuing process to strengthen Tillotts’ presence in the market. He has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 28 years in various senior management positions in companies, such as J&J, Bayer and Schering.
