Biography

Jesús Alberto Santamaría García studied the Bachelor of Biology at the University of Málaga (1982-1987). In the last years of the career I started as an internal student of the Department of Cell Biology, Genetics and Physiology, starting his research career and becoming a Research Fellow of the University of Málaga and associated with the Group 4008 PAI of the Andalusian Government. He received his Doctorate in Sciences (Biology) in 1993 at the University of Málaga. He began to be part of the teaching staff of the Department, as Associate Professor (6h) between 1995-2001. In this year, in a public contest he won the position of Professor of University, since he plays to date.
